These terms and conditions govern the way in which this lottery will be conducted.

This lottery is conducted by Joe McCarthy of 3 Carlyle Crescent, Duncraig WA 6023 under permit LS216986521.

  1. By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of these terms and conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activities as required by the Premier Lottery.
  2. The sale of the tickets opens at 12.01 a.m. on 1 August 2021 and closes at 11.59 p.m. on 31 January 2022.
  3. The maximum number of tickets in the entire draw is 40,000, and the number of prizes is 437. Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 91.53 chance of winning a prize.
  4. All tickets are $100.00 including GST each.
  5. Tickets can purchased online through the website or by calling 1300 313 222.
  6. No person shall be permitted to participate in this lottery until the whole purchase price of the ticket purchased has been paid.
  7. The Premier Lottery and any person acting on behalf of the Club (who is involved in this lottery) is prohibited from purchasing a ticket, but this does not preclude members of the Premier Lottery from purchasing tickets on their own behalf.
  8. Any person who purchases a ticket must be 18 years or older, and must not purchase a ticket under the name of, or for, a minor.  
  9. The total retail value of the prize pool is $915,174.00. 
  10. All prize winners will be notified in writing by email.
  11. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated and must be accepted as awarded.
  12. It is a condition of entry into this lottery that the prize winners agree to have their name, suburb and photo published for promotional purposes.
  13. Prize winners are responsible for claiming their prize.
  14. Records held by the Premier Lottery will be deemed correct and final. Please contact the Premier Lottery at 1300 313 222 or email: admin@premierlottery.com.au for queries or corrections.
  1. The draw will take place on 11.00 a.m. on 11 February 2022 (Draw Date).
  2. After each prize draw, the winner is recorded, and the ticket number is then excluded from any further prize draws.  
  1. All prizes must be accepted, as awarded, with no cash equivalents available. 
  2. No prize may be assigned to the benefit of any person other than the prize winners. 
  1. The major prize (being the 1st ticket drawn) is valued at a total of $600,000.
  2. The major prize will be awarded to the major prize winner on the terms and conditions set out in this clause 1.4.
  3. The major prize winner will receive:
    1. a home and land;
    2. $50,000.00 in cash;
    3. a Hyundai 2021 FE Elite 3.5 MPI 8SP automatic car (Car); and
    4. a holiday to the city where the Australian Football League (AFL) grand final is held in 2022.
  4. In relation to the home and land prize:
    1. the Premier Lottery will determine in its absolute discretion the location of the land and the design of the home which will be built by Move Homes (Builder);
    2. title to the home and land will only be transferred to the major prize winner upon completion of construction of the home by the Builder, which will be subject to any external factors outside of the control of the Premier Lottery or the Builder including without limitation pandemic, economy, housing boom and general force majeure affecting supply of material and or labour;
    3. the major prize winner acknowledges and agrees that if any of the factors stated in clause 1.4(d)(ii) occurs, the date on which title to the home and land will be transferred to the major prize winner will be extended by a reasonable time given the nature and extent of such cause; and
    4. title to the home and land is anticipated to be transferred to the major prize winner in April 2022 at the latest, but the major prize winner acknowledges and agrees that this date is an estimate only.
  5. In relation to the $50,000.00 cash prize:
    1. this prize will be paid by a bank deposit or bank cheque in the name of the major prize winner, and will be processed within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a representative of the Premier Lottery; and
    2. the major prize winner must provide to the Premier Lottery such necessary documents to the Premier Lottery’s satisfaction to enable the Premier Lottery to undertake a 100-point identification check of the major prize winner.
  6. In relation to the Car prize:
    1. on-road costs for the Car will be included but insurance for the Car is excluded;
    2. the Car may not be as illustrated;
    3. delivery of the Car will depend on stock availability; and
    4. any alternative arrangement to those set out in these terms and conditions or any upgrades to the Car specifications are to be organised solely between the major prize winner and the Car dealership, and the Premier Lottery will not be involved in, or responsible for, that process; and
  7. In relation to the prize for the holiday:
    1. subject to the terms and conditions in this clause, this prize includes for the major prize winner and 9 guests:
      1. travel within the 2022 calendar year to the city within Australia where the 2022 AFL grand final is held;
      2. accommodation for 2 nights at a premium hotel (of the Premier Lottery’s choice) in the city within Australia where the 2022 AFL grand final is held; and
      3. tickets to the 2022 AFL grand final;
    2. to avoid doubt, the major prize winner may only redeem the major prize in the 2022 calendar year for the major prize winner and 9 guests to attend the 2022 AFL grand final;
    3. the major prize winner must provide to the Premier Lottery or the travel agency appointed by the Premier Lottery the names, addresses and contact details for each guest and all other information reasonably required by the Premier Lottery and the travel agency within 14 days of receiving a written request for information;
    4. travel during any period other than as specified in clause 1.4(g)(ii) is not permitted;
    5. travel is dependent on the availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking;
    6. travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses are not included unless otherwise stated in writing; and
    7. any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred because of any documents not meeting the requirements of any government authorities will be the sole responsibility of the major prize winner.
  1. The 2nd prize includes, for the 2nd prize winner and 5 guests:
    1. travel to Melbourne, Victoria to attend the 2022 Melbourne Cup;
    2. accommodation for 2 nights at a premium hotel (of the Premier Lottery’s choice) in the Melbourne Central Business District; and
    3. tickets to the 2022 Melbourne Cup.
  2. To avoid doubt, the 2nd prize winner may only redeem this prize in the 2022 calendar year for the 2nd prize winner and 5 guests to attend the 2022 Melbourne Cup.
  3. The 2nd prize winner must provide to the Premier Lottery or the travel agency appointed by the Premier Lottery the names, addresses and contact details for each guest and all other information reasonably required by the Premier Lottery and the travel agency within 14 days of receiving a written request for information.
  4. Travel during any period other than as specified in clause 1.5(b) is not permitted.
  5. Travel is dependent on the availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking.
  6. Travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses are not included unless otherwise stated in writing.
  7. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred because of any documents not meeting the requirements of any government authorities will be the sole responsibility of the 2nd prize winner.
  1. The 3rd prize is a Zero Undici electric push bike.
  2. On-road costs for the motor vehicle will be included but motor vehicle insurance is excluded.
  3. The electric push bike may not be as illustrated.
  4. Delivery of the electric push bike will depend on stock availability.
  5. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the electric push bike will be the standard base model.
  6. Any alternative arrangement to those set out in these terms and conditions or any upgrades to the electric push bike specifications are to be organised solely between the 3rd prize winner and the dealership, and the Premier Lottery will not be involved in, or responsible for, that process.
  1. The television prizes are:
    1. the 4th prize being a Hisense 4K UHD 100″ television;
    2. the 18th to 22nd prizes being a Hisense LED LCD 75″ television;
    3. the 38th to 87th prizes being a Hisense LED LCD 32″ television; and
    4. the 88th to 187th prizes being a Hisense LED LCD 24″ television.
  2. Delivery of the television prizes to the winners will depend on stock availability.
  3. The winners must arrange a suitable time for delivery of the television prizes to their nominated address directly with the supplier.
  4. The Premier Lottery will not be responsible for any damage caused to the television prizes at any time prior to, during or after delivery to the winners.
  1. The 5th to 7th prizes are an electric push bike determined by the Premier Lottery in its absolute discretion.
  2. The terms and conditions set out in clauses 1.6(b) to 1.6(f) will also apply to the 5th to 7th prizes.
  1. Entertainment prizes are:
    1. the 8th to 12th prizes being an Apple Macbook Pro 13.3 inch;
    2. the 13th to 17th prizes being an Apple Iphone Pro 12; and
    3. the 33rd to 37th being Apple Airpods Max Headphones.
  • Any entertainment prize will be posted to the winners to their nominated postal address.
  • Delivery of the entertainment prizes to the winners will depend on stock availability, and the delivery times of the postal services.
  • The Premier Lottery will not be responsible for any damage caused to the entertainment prizes at any time prior to, during or after delivery to the winners.
  1. Any cash prize (being the 23rd to 32nd prizes) will be made by a bank deposit in the name of the prize winner, and will be processed within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a representative of the Premier Lottery.
  2. Each cash prize winner must provide to the Premier Lottery such necessary documents to the Premier Lottery’s satisfaction to enable the Premier Lottery to undertake their 100-point identification check.
  1. The 188th to 287th prizes are $100.00 restaurant gift vouchers to Siena’s in Leederville.
  2. The 288th to 387th prizes are $100.00 shopping vouchers at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre.
  3. Voucher prizes will be delivered to the winners’ email address (or letter to their nominated postal address within the Perth metropolitan area if an email address was not provided).
  4. Prize winners acknowledge and agree that vouchers may have expiry dates and may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the supplier.
  5. The Premier Lottery will not be liable if the vouchers are unable to be honoured by the supplier.
  1. Movie tickets prizes (being the 388th to 437th prizes) will be delivered directly to the winners’ email address (or letter to their nominated postal address within the Perth metropolitan area if an email address was not provided) delivered to their nominated email address (or letter to their nominated postal address if an email address was not provided).
  2. Prize winners acknowledge and agree that movie ticket may have expiry dates and may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the supplier.
  3. The Premier Lottery will not be liable if the movie tickets are unable to be honoured by the supplier.
  1. Requests for refunds must be completed prior to the commencement of any draws and refunds will not be issued after any draws have commenced.
  2. Participants agree that any requests for refunds will require the written approval of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and if so, the refund process may take several weeks.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be issued even if a request for a refund is lodged before the commencement of any draws, but by the commencement date of any draws, the Premier Lottery has not determined whether or not to accept a request for refund or approval of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries has not yet been made.
  4. Participants agree not to bring any claims or make any demands against the Premier Lottery due to any delay in obtaining a refund unless the delay is caused by the Premier Lottery’s negligent act or omission.
  1. A full list of the winners will be published on the Premier Lottery’s website and winners will be published in the West Australian newspaper on 15 February 2022.
